Please sign up in advance to reserve your spot and to ensure contactless payment. Due to social distancing requirements, space is very limited. Upon arrival at Veda Yoga Center, please enter wearing a mask and plan on arriving 5-10 minutes early to set up your mat.

If you are feeling under the weather, please join us virtually instead.

ONLINE DROP-INS WELCOME

You will receive a confirmation email from Veda Yoga through @mindbodyonline after registering for a class. A second email will be sent from hello@Fitgrid.com. (Please check junk, spam and promotion folder if you do not see it in your inbox) Second email will arrive 1 hour prior to class start time with the class link (or within minutes if you sign up 30 minutes prior to class start time). Classes start promptly once teacher logs in. Make sure that you have Zoom.us installed or the App "Zoom Cloud Meetings" downloaded on your device.

LATE POLICY

ONLINE - Join anytime, however, classes begin promptly. Feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early to check your audio and video equipment.

IN PERSON - Studio doors will lock promptly at the start of class, so please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early.

When practicing at home, ensure the space you are practicing in is clear from any obstacles such as coffee tables, rugs, and any furniture to avoid potential for injuries.
