Veda Flow 1 is a vinyasa style class designed specifically for the beginning practitioner, although all levels are welcome. The focus of this class is primarily alignment oriented, helping the student feel comfortable and confident in each pose before moving to the next. It’s important to come to class with an open mind and the intention of not taking yourself too seriously. Yoga should be fun, so find your flow and let everything else go!

Veda Flow 2 is an all levels vinyasa style class designed with the emphasis on breath. Vinyasa literally means “to place in a special way”. Placing movement with breath is where the art of this practice lies. As we begin to establish a deep connection between our body, mind and breath we are able to easily tune into the present moment. We leave all our mental distractions by the way side and tap into the frequency of grace.

Veda Flow 3 is an advanced vinyasa style class that incorporates a ton of arm balances and inversions. This class is not for the faint of heart. In this class, you will gain new perspectives as you hang upside down and challenge your body in ways you may never have thought possible. All levels are welcome.

This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights, cardio and plyometrics. Sculpt Yoga is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice.

Turn your world upside down and get a new perspective! This class is more workshop style. Learn how to approach rigorous postures such as arm balances and inversions from a new lens while keeping shoulders, neck and wrists safe. Create breakthroughs and gain confidence as you tap into the unleashed potential that lies within.

Yin Yang yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles which are the physical focus of Yang (flow) yoga practices.
